"I wanted to update my review to reflect even more positive interactions I’ve had working with this agency. My family and I have been working with Michelle’s office for years now. Even though I live in two hours away in Pittsburgh, working with this agency is seamless. I actually had quite a few auto issues last summer but Linda and Michelle provided stellar customer service and helped me out along the way. I’m so sad that Linda retired because she was incredible to work with, but the retirement is well deserved! Most recently, I purchased a home and needed insurance for it. I worked with Kaylee for the first time and she was an absolute pleasure. She provided me with a quote in less than 24 hours and I was able to get the dec page over to the mortgage company very quickly for processing. Not only is she great at what she does, but very kind as well! The customer service here is unmatched, and every staff member is so wonderful and helpful. I also feel that the rates are competitive. I highly recommend working with Michelle and her team for all of your insurance needs!"

"I've been with State Farm ever since I started driving 12 years ago. Michelle is always responsive when you need her and always has the answers you need! She also always goes out of her way to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and an extremely affordable price! Just made some changes to my insurance this month and it was so easy, now I feel better knowing I got way better insurance with a small increase to my rate. She even had a new assistant there with her and he was ontop of it too! Just shows how well she can take care of not only her clients, but also her coworkers! I can not recommend enough!!"
