"You don't want my feedback on this review. Not after the way state farm screwed me over. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that expects to ever have to use the insurance you're paying for."

"I used to like working with State Farm but over the past few years realized how poor their customer service is. My car has been hit 4 times in the last 3 years by other drivers. Despite not being at fault for any of them, I ended up having to file 2 of the claims through State Farm. Their claims process is absolutely horrible. I had to spend HOURS on the phone over the last several months trying to get ahold of customer service reps. When I originally called Michelle’s agency for advice, the girl who I spoke with rudely told me they couldn’t help. The other times I’ve called in here they either don’t answer or aren’t able to assist me. Tell me why when working with other insurance companies, I can call a direct line to an assigned claims agent and speak to them right away, but for my OWN company I have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes. I finally got so fed up that I decided to switch insurance companies, however my claim from October is still open so I can’t make the switch yet. As soon as that claim is closed, I am switching to the other insurance company. I strongly advise any potential customers to consider any other insurance company because you’re just wasting your money here."

"I just switched to State Farm this month after being a customer of Allstate for several years. My review is based off my experience within the last few weeks. I called in the middle of July and spoke with Michelle. She gave me a quote for auto and home. She was very nice and helpful. I decided to wait and call a few more places as well to see who had the best rate. After speaking with others, I chose State Farm. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very nice and professional. She worked quickly and got me the best rate for both Auto and Home. I am pleased so far and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good rate. Thank you!"

"Unprofessional and rude. I have 2 cars and home and insurance through her office, and I will be finding new coverage after speaking with her. I finally got her on the phone after 5 calls in 3 days and she was belligerent and disrespectful, to the point where I told her I was disconnecting the call. Do yourself a favor and search her name on google and see what comes up, and then ask yourself if Youd trust her with anything. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me."
